💧 Essential oils essential for athletes

1. Lavandin Super: the anti-cramps reflex
After an intense session, the muscles need to release the pressure. Lavandin Super essential oil is a natural antispasmodic : it calms muscle contractions and promotes relaxation.


👉 Fox tip: Prepare your homemade roll-on with 40 drops of Lavandin Super, 20 drops of Gaultheria lying down and complete with oily Arnica macerate. To be applied before or after exercise, on areas at risk (calves, thighs, back).

2. Arnica: the anti-soreness shield
Queen of recovery, Arnica oil is the ally of all runners. Anti-inflammatory and soothing, it helps relieve pain after intense sessions or mountain trails.
