Take part in the Valberg Trail, a 42.2 km challenge with 1900 m of positive altitude difference in the heart of the Alpes-Maritimes. A technical and wild course, perfect for mountain trail enthusiasts.
🏁 Departure at 7:30am from the center of Valberg.You start with a gradual ascent to the Col de l'Espaul, offering panoramic views of the Southern Alps. 🌲
10-15 km : passage through the larch forests of the Bois de Garnier, with technical and shaded paths. 🏞️
20 - 25 km : crossing the mountain pastures of the Saint-Jean plateau, where the landscapes open onto the surrounding peaks. ⛰️
30-35 km : ascent to the summit of Mont Mounier, the highest point of the course at 2,817 m above sea level. 🎯 Arrival in the heart of Valberg, after a technical and rapid descent.
🧃 Refreshments : every 5 to 7 km, with water points and snacks.
